What I ate ✨before✨ my race: I raced at 2:40pm so here’s what I ate to fuel my race, I do intentionally eat extra calories and carbs around hyrox races so I can perform my best!

10am: a big bowl of oats (70-80g) coconut milk, 2 squares of caramel chocolate and a whole banana 🍌 

12:30pm: two slices of white bread with lots of Nutella 

1:45pm (ish): squares bar obvs I won’t race without one haha 

And mid race I had a gel on the row while my boyfriend did the first couple hundred metres! 

I also drank electrolytes, creatine, beta alanine and general kept hydrated! 

Fuel well to perform better always girlies and don’t be scared to eat more to race and train harder and better xx

What I ate yesterday on a travel and rest day to Poland for Hyrox!! 

Snacks/ breakfast: trek flapjacks & cookies and cream squares bar

Lunch: yum my faveee an almond croissant & a banana& coffee 

Snacks: a whole punnet of strawbs & salted caramel chocolate 

Dinner: chicken & tomato pasta so good

Dessert: Greek yogurt, a banana, blueberry and strawberries, lots of honey & a bar of dark chocolate 

A delish day of eats for today! See no food is bad when you have balance and let yourself enjoy what you love!! xx
