Creamy mushroom steak pasta 🍄🥩
Rich, cosy and honestly the perfect Valentine’s Day dinner if you’re cooking at home or just for the perfect mid week meal!!

Ingredients
• 2 steaks (sirloin or ribeye)
• 180–200g pasta (tagliatelle or rigatoni)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 200g mushrooms, sliced
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 100ml stock (beef or chicken)
• 100–150ml double cream
• 40g parmesan, grated
• Salt & black pepper
• Optional: splash of pasta water

Method
1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve a little pasta water.
2. Season steaks well. Heat oil in a hot pan and cook steaks to your liking. Remove, rest, then slice.
3. In the same pan, melt butter.
4. Add garlic and mushrooms, cook until golden and reduced.
5. Pour in the stock and let it bubble for 1–2 minutes to reduce slightly.
6. Stir in cream and thyme, simmer gently.
7. Add parmesan and a splash of pasta water if needed to loosen.
8. Toss pasta through the sauce, season, then top with sliced steak and extra parmesan.

I removed some of the sauce before adding in the pasta water & parmesan

SAUSAGE, BEANS & CHEESY MASH PIE 🥧🤍

The ultimate comfort food situation. Basically my smiley pie but the mash version 😆

You’ll need:
Sausages
1 onion, finely chopped
2 carrots, diced small
2 garlic cloves
1 tin baked beans
Splash Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper
Mashed potatoes (ready-made or prepped however you like)
grated cheese for the top

How I made it:
Cook the sausages until golden, then slice.
Soften the onion and carrots in a pan until sweet, add the garlic and cook briefly.
Stir in thE Worcestershire and baked beans, then add the sausages and season well.

Tip everything into an oven dish, spoon the mash over the top (rough peaks = elite), add cheese if using, then bake at 200°C (180°C fan) for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling #kidfriendlymeals #familymeals #sausagerecipe #easyfood

BISCOFF & KINDER PANCAKES 🥰🥰

Two of my favourite things… so obviously I had to combine them 🤍
Warm pancakes, Biscoff spread, melty Kinder chocolate = unreal.

You can make your own pancakes or use shop-bought.
Heat them in a pan, spread Biscoff over half, fold, add Kinder and roll up.
Stack them, drizzle with extra Biscoff and finish with a dusting of icing sugar.
