#AD Just a couple products took my hair from freshly washed to smooth, shiny, and actually looking done.

Comment HAIR and I’ll send you the link.

I used the Mise En Scene Argan Hair Mask right after shampooing for hydration and smoothness, then followed with the Perfect Serum on damp hair to reduce frizz, add shine, and protect before styling.

Using both together makes the biggest difference in how my hair looks & feels.

Messy buns are ELITE 💗 throwback video from 1.5 yrs ago and I’m happy to say my hair has reached this length again #hairtutorial #messybun #hairinspo
How you blow dry matters as much as whether you do. My pre blow dry routine is non negotiable. In the shower, conditioner or a hair mask focused on the ends. Out of the shower: leave in, then a serum or oil with silicones (silicones are not the enemy, they’re literally heat protection), then a heat protectant spray. Then I blow dry on damp hair, not soaking wet. You’re not blasting soaking wet hair, and you’re not doing any of this without protection. My method works for my hair: fine, low porosity, high density, oily roots, drier ends. I rough dry with no brush. I focus on roots and mid lengths. I keep the dryer a good distance away. I barely touch the ends because they dry on their own through this process, indirectly getting hit by the blow dryer, and over drying them is how you get crispy ends. If you have course, thick, curly, or coily hair then no you are not doing my exact method and I’d never tell you to. You probably need a brush or your fingers for tension, a diffuser if you’re curly, lower heat with more time, and more focus on smoothing the lengths. Technique changes by hair type and products come first (literally, before you blow dry) ALWAYS, no matter your hair texture. Same principles, different technique. Air drying is not gentler. Wet hair is fragile hair!!!

My honest thoughts: I’m very grateful to be able to bring life into this world (not to sound corny) but oh my goodness being short & pregnant is not easy 😅 at the exact moment I feel him embedding a foot in my rib cage, I also feel another extremity very low in my pelvis. There’s 13 weeks left and very little space to spare 🤔😀
