Lobster tails for date night?? You bet there’ll be a second date. I broiled these tails with spiced dairy free butter to show out and dinner took less than 30 minutes. Secret to the spice? Morton Season-All. Recipe: 1. Melt 1 stick of dairy free butter and add 2 tsp Morton Season-All. 2. Clean and remove lobster tails from the shell. 3. Top the tails with spiced butter and broil 1 minute per oz. (Ex. 2 tails, 4 oz each = 4 minutes total). Remove and set aside. 4. Cook linguine, al dente. 5. Cook the pasta sauce with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp crushed garlic, 1 tsp chili flakes, salt, pepper, 1/4 cup white wine, and 1 tsp spiced butter. 6. Toss the linguine in the pasta sauce and plate. Honestly, cooking steak is so much easier without the fuss. My latest version uses mortonsalt’s Nature’s Seasons to give the right balance of salt & spice. Recipe: 1. Season the steaks liberally with Morton Nature’s Seasons and rest for 5 minutes. 2. Wash and halve mini potatoes and toss in olive oil and Morton Nature’s Seasons. 3. Bake potatoes at 400F for 30-40 minutes, flipping every ten minutes. 4. Cook steak on medium-high heat in avocado oil for 4 minutes each side for medium - medium-rare. 5. Preheat oven to 425F 2. Mix mango, jalapeños, cilantro, honey, lime, and red onion together and set aside 3. Line a baking sheet and add the salmon filets then brush with olive oil. 4. Mix your paprika, garlic powder, salt, & pepper seasoning and season the salmon on top and the sides. 5. Bake at 425F for 15-18 minutes. 6. Remove the salmon, top with the mango jalapeño salsa, and enjoy!
